The 2010 ADA Standards provided new requirements for pools, spas, court sports, and fitness centers, along with other items. The question becomes what does one need to do if these are existing on a project vs new items. We will review the scoping and technical requirements for these new elements and how best to approach existing and as well as what needs to be done on new projects.
