Cancellations
Registration cancellations received prior to August 22 are eligible to receive a refund of their fees minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations after August 22 through September 16  are eligible for a 50% refund.  Refunds must be requested in writing. After September 16, no refunds - but participant may switch to virtual attendee.  Please email conferences@aiacalifornia.org.
