Come join us for 2026 Leadership Week! A full week of leadership education for all members hosted by the Academy for Emerging Professionals. Whether you are emerging talent, established professional or anywhere between, we hope you join us for a week full of education with leaders across our industry. Noon, Mon-Thurs, we will have 3 educational session and 1 ABC session for open discussion.

Session 1: Success Stories: Pathways to Leadership

This interactive panel session brings together award recipient AIA members at three distinct career stages, early career, mid-career, and seasoned professional, to share candid, firsthand accounts of the pivotal decisions, setbacks, and skills that shaped their leadership paths. Through an anonymous Q&A format and the panel discussion, participants will explore diverse career trajectories and leave with concrete, actionable next steps for their own professional development.
