Session 2: Workplace Culture: How Firms Shape Leaders

This session brings together firm leaders to discuss how workplace transparency and talent development programs shape culture, trust, and retention within architecture practice. Panelists will share firsthand insight into different organizational models and the practices their firms use to build and retain emerging leaders.
